                                         On a dark morning a few Harriers kiting around.

Screech & Short-eared Owl

I found a new Screech Owl stuffed in the top of a tree. Also the Drumlin Saw-whet crew came for a birding adventure, we stuck out at the beginning of the day but ended with a Short-eared Owl. The picture is terrible but its a SEOW non the less.

Golden-crowned Kinglets

A small flock of Golden-crowned Kinglet's flew through Camp Nihan around dusk. These tiny songbirds were actively fly catching small gnats around the edge of the pond.
